William L. Snyder

William L. Snyder went home to be with the Lord on January 23, 2023.

Bill spent much of his life serving the Lord and his community while raising his family. Bill was born in Dayton, Ohio and lived in over 30 locales from Ohio to California before graduating high school.

He was a gifted watercolor artist, a draftsman, and an Evangelical Preacher. He worked at Goodyear Aerospace, Lorel Corporation, and retired in 2007 from Smithers Tire Testing.

Affectionately known as “Papa Bill” by his five grandchildren, Bill is survived by his loving wife, Donna Snyder (Antill); sons, David Snyder, Timothy Snyder (Mary Ellen), John Snyder (Tara); grandchildren, Grace Snyder, Samantha Snyder, Tim Snyder, Ian Snyder and William Snyder.  He will forever be remembered as a loving and soft spoken man who thought of others before himself.

Funeral services will be held at 12p.m. Saturday at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Tr. in Cuyahoga Falls, where friends may call 10a.m. until service time. Private interment at Chestnut Hill Memorial Park.
