Vicky Lucas

Vicky Lucas, 87, passed away on Saturday March 22 after a long battle with Parkinson’s disease.

Vicky was born in Oak Hill WV on February 14, 1938. She relocated to Cuyahoga Falls with her first husband Howard Stinson and family, in July of 1965. She retired from Goughler Industries with over 25 years of service. She and her second husband, Marvin Lucas, were members of St. Luke’s parish for almost 40 years. Vicky will be remembered for her endearing southern drawl, which made You love her at once, her love for her family, especially her grandchildren and great-Grandchildren.

Vicky was preceded in death by her first husband Howard Stinson, son Tim Stinson, daughter Kathy Stinson, second husband Marv Lucas, brother Leon Daciek, brother- in-law Harry Williams, stepson Mitch Lucas, and parents Leo and Josephine Daciek.

She is survived by sons; Jerry (Theresa) Stinson, Jim (Alisa) Stinson, sister Becky Williams, Daughter in-law Debbie Lucas, stepson Craig Lucas, 9 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren with 2 more on the way.

Funeral Services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday, March 26, 2025, at St Luke's Lutheran Church, 2121 6th St Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221. Where friends may call one hour prior to the service.

Interment to follow at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
