Tim Maselli, 76, passed away peacefully at St. Edwards Nursing Home after a short illness.
Tim was born in Akron, Ohio on April 12, 1945. He lived most of his life in Fairlawn and graduated from Hoban High School. During his school years, Tim excelled in running track, and baseball. He was also on many softball leagues and was an avid bowler, acquiring many trophies and a 300 game.
Tim began working construction with his father at the age of 20 and continued to build homes and do remodeling until he retired from Maselli Construction. Maselli Construction was very well known in the Fairlawn-Copley and Bath area, which he and his brother took over after the passing of his father, Tom Maselli.
Tim will be remembered for his devotion to family , buying sports cars, dogs and jamming with his family to rock and roll music while he played the drums.
Tim played the drums and saxophone in many bands throughout the years, and curried his love of music to his children. He was trained in Jujitsu and loved to work out on Saturday mornings. Dogs were a passion and he truly loved his furbabys, especially Oliver a standard poodle, Roxy, a schnoodle, and his newest furbaby, Midgee, a havanese, who will surely miss him.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy, and father, Tom Maselli.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Anne Maselli, whom also was his best friend.
He leaves behind his children, Tim Maselli, Jim (Stacy) Maselli, Jeanine (Ray) Romito; grandchildren, Tony and Gina McMichael; brother, Rick (Kelle) Maselli, Pat (Carl) Quatraro as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Calling hours will be held on Saturday December 4, 2021 from 10 to 12:30p.m. At Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 39 S. Miller Rd Fairlawn,OH 44333, followed by a service at 12:30. Everyone is welcome to attend.
