Thomas Michael Pinkston

Thomas Michael Pinkston, age 73, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, October 22, 2024. He was born on May 27, 1951, in Joliet, IL to James “Jim” Pinkston and Joyce (Williamson) Leas.

He married Mary (Galligan) on February 28, 1976, in Joliet, IL. Together, Tom and Mary had 5 children and 10 grandchildren. Tom lived life to the fullest, and most enjoyed spending quality time with family and friends. He was always quick with a smile and a joke. His kindness and charisma brought warmth to the world around him.

He was preceded in death by his son, Michael Allen Pinkston, and his parents, Jim and Joyce. He is survived by his wife, Mary; their children Jennifer Dukes (Ronald), Christine Pinkston (Carl), Gerald Pinkston, Marie Molek (Jonathan); Daughter in law Elizabeth Malarik (Jesse); Grandchildren Jeremy, Renee, Julia, Max, Carlissa, Lexi, Abigail, Ashton, Mason, and Hallie. He is also survived by his sister, Cherie Spittal (Bruce), and many nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Family and friends are invited to reminisce and celebrate his life at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home at 39 S Miller Rd, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333 on Saturday, November 2, 2024, with visitation from 1pm to 3pm with a service starting at 3pm.
