Suann Delaura

Suann Delaura, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend to all who knew her, passed away September 19, 2024, in Fairlawn, Ohio after a short illness.

Born December 31, 1943, in Akron, Ohio to Tony and Dorothy Varelle. Sue proudly worked for the BFG Credit Union until 2016.

Suann will be deeply missed by her son, Mike Smith, wife Debbie; and son, Scott Smith, wife Ahna Cattarin, along with countless friends and extended family.    Her love and devotion to family was unwavering throughout her lifetime.  She leaves behind grandchildren she absolutely adored and was grateful for the times they shared; Ashley Wienand, Spencer, Alec, Anthony and Mason Smith and 4 great grandchildren that she cherished beyond words.  Her love for them was immense and the focus of her life over the last few years.

Calling hours will be 11:30 am to 1:30 pm followed by a service at Ciriello-Carr Memorial Home in Fairlawn on Saturday, October 12th."
