Shamar Devon Batties

August 31, 1986 to mother, Carmella Brazil; and father, Barry Fitzgerald, passed away October 8, 2022.

He spent most of his time working and raising his daughter, Aaliyah Skye Ramsey, son, Da'One Legand Washington, and his two step-children, Anthony Lamar Shelton and Sarai Mercy Martin. Although only 35 at the time of his death, Shamar effected many people in his lifetime.

Shamar enjoyed spending time with his family, friends, and riding his motorcycle; also, loved to travel outside of Ohio to enjoy new adventures. He was loving, caring and thoughtful of others.

Left to cherish his memory, Alisha Ramsey, mother of Aaliyah; brothers, Antwon Brazil, Malcolm Primes, Terrel Brazil and Rashawn Brazil; sister, Rasha Cearia Primes; his other siblings, grandparents, loving aunts, cousins and many, many great friends.

Calling hours 12-2:00p.m. Saturday, October 22, 2022 at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 39 S. Miller Rd. in Fairlawn, with a brief service at 12:30p.m.

Interment at Glendale Cemetery.
