Sally Ward, 95, passed away Wednesday, October 26, 2022. She was preceded in death by her husband, of 70 years, J. Lester (Les) Ward and is survived by five children, Larry (Sue) Ward, Gary (Sue) Ward, Sue (Jim) Bishel, Tom Ward, Nancy Morrison; three sisters, Mary Lou Baker, Jean Flory, and Joyce (Joe) Varga. She was also preceded in death by her brothers, Jim and John Richards; her sister, Blanche Ruff; and grandson, Bobby. She leaves 20 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.

She was a gold life master in bridge and was a director. Her kind spirit touched everyone she met. Famous for her generous gifts and always giving money to beggars.

Mass of Christian Burial 11:30a.m. Thursday, Nov. 3, 2022 for Sally and her husband Les, who passed away on August 29, 2020, at St. Hilary Catholic Church, 2750 W. Market St. Fairlawn, OH 44333, where friends may call 10:30-11:30, and followed by a luncheon at the Church. Interment, 2:30 at Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery.
