Rose Mary (Bozzelli) Casey

Rose Mary Casey, nee Bozzelli, passed away on February 25, 2024.She was 101 yrs. old. Rose was born to Guiseppi and Mariatonia Bozzelli, in Foggia, Italy.

She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Matthew Casey. Also preceding her in death were her sisters and brothers-in-law, Grace and Vince DeLuca and Jean and Andy Preston.

She is survived by her sisters, Julia Bozzelli, Ann Catignani (Mariano), Jan Boggs (Thomas); and her brother, Michele Bozzelli; she leaves behind a host of nieces\nephews and great-nieces\nephews.

Rose was a long time resident of Canton, Ohio. She retired from the Timken Company with 42 yrs service in the Accounting Department. She met her future husband, Mathew, at Timken. He was in security there.

Rosie loved her large family, loved shopping and playing Bocci Ball. We will miss her forever.

Funeral Services will be held Thursday, September 29, 11 A. M. at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 39 S. Miller Rd. in Fairlawn, where friends may call 10-11. Private interment at Calvery Cemetery in Massillon.
