Peter C. Bell, 71, passed away peacefully on March 25, 2023 surrounded in love by his adoring family. Peter was born in Kilmarnock Scotland on March 17th, to Pete and Helen Bell. He spent every summer traveling across the pond to be with his aunts, uncles and cousins. Oh, the stories he could tell!
