Patrick Kevin Conley

Patrick Kevin Conley, age 67, passed away on May 13, 2022 after a long, courageous and positive battle with cancer and COPD.

He was born and lived his entire life in Akron OH. Pat attended St. Vincent grade & high schools, had a BRIEF stint at Borromeo Seminary (he wasn’t ready for them, and they weren’t ready for him!) and graduated from Firestone High School in 1974. He worked many different jobs in his lifetime and developed many skills.

Pat will be remembered for his excellent cooking skills, great sense of humor, and as a loyal friend to everyone. Pat was always willing to help his friends and family with whatever was needed. He was a friend to all, stranger to none.

He was preceded in death by his parents, William Clifford Conley and Barbara Ann (Dies) Conley and his brothers Shawn and Brian Conley (Karen).

He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Virginia (Ginny) Conley; brothers, Michael (Lorraine) and Steven (Renee); sister, Karen Conley; sister-in-law, Susan Hamric, many cousins and his “boys” Tucker and Bert.

Funeral services will be held 2p.m. Saturday at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 39 S. Miller Rd. in Fairlawn, where friends may call 12-2p.m.

Memorials may be made to the Cancer Society, Cleveland Clinic Justin T. Rogers Hospice Center on Ridgewood Road or the Humane Society.
