On May 7, 2023 we lost the most beautiful girl on earth.

Survived by her loving husband, Tim Phillips; parents, Tom and Patty Melesky; grandmothers, Jenny Baughman and Kathy Mathies; siblings, Samantha, Eric, David (deceased); children, Michael, Shannon and Selahna; grandchildren, Michael Jr., Ariel and Hazel; special nieces, Aaliyah and Cassidy (they gave her so much so much happiness); so many best friends, many aunts uncles and  cousins.

Preceded in death by father, Gregory Gish; grandmother, Jackie Kalhoun; grandfathers, Gordon Mathies Sr. and Fred Baughman; brother, David; uncle, Jeff and so many more.
