Mary Agnes Feather

Mary Agnes Feather (nee Robb), 92 was called to heaven on December 31, 2023. Born April 27, 1931 in Akron, OH, she was a life long resident of Cuyahoga Falls and Stow.

A devout Catholic, she attended St Joseph Grade School though grade 8, graduated from St Mary’s High School in 1949, and over her lifetime, was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary, Holy Family, and St Eugene parishes.
After graduation, she worked six years for Blue Cross Insurance in Akron before marrying Thomas Feather in 1958 and becoming a mother of four children.

The youngest and last surviving family member, she was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur A. and Kathrine (Latham) Robb; 2 sisters and 7 brothers; husband, Thomas; and daughter, Diane (Falcone).

She will be remembered for her strong faith and the loving devotion she gave to her family, as well as for her love of gardening, her countless hours of volunteer work, her dedication to the Right to Life, and the many quilts she sewed for Newborns in Need.

She will be greatly missed by daughter, Karen (Jeff) Hughes; son, Michael; daughter, Sheila (Ron) Mann; and grandchildren, Sam, Katie and Nolan, Brenda, Ricky, and great-granddaughter, Brianna.

There will be no calling hours. Mass of Christian Burial was held 11:00 am Thursday, January 4, 2023 at St Eugene Catholic Church. Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
