Mary Teresa Conley

Mary Teresa Conley, 68, passed away on May 19, 2025, surrounded by her family.

Born in Akron, Ohio, Mary Conley graduated from Firestone High School and attended the University of Akron. She worked for Sterling for many years and retired from InfoCision as an Executive Assistant.

Mary Conley was the beloved wife of James E. Conley for 47 wonderful years. A devoted mother to her children, Teresa Whitmer (Geoff), Mary Laybourne, and James Conley (Trista). She was a cherished grandmother to her four grandsons: James Conley, Christopher Conley, Liam Laybourne, and Owen Laybourne, bringing her immense joy and pride. She was a wonderful sister, devoted aunt, and cherished friend to many.

Mary was preceded in death by her father, John Mullin; mother, Barbara Mullin; father-in-law, James Conley; mother-in-law, Anna Sue Conley; brother-in-law, Michael Wilkes; and sister-in- law, Colleen Conley.

Visitation will be from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m. on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 39 S. Miller Rd, Fairlawn, Ohio.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held Wednesday, May 28, 2025, at 11 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, Akron, Ohio.

Interment will take place at Holy Cross Cemetery.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the National Ataxia Foundation.
