Martha A. Gessler (Thome)

Martha A. Gessler (Thome), 90, formerly of Cuyahoga Falls passed away peacefully August 16, 2022.

She was born on February 20, 1932 in Akron, Ohio to Clarence and Lillian Thome. Martha was a member of Immaculate Heart of Mary Church, Christ Child Society and Women's Board of ARC. She retired from North Hill Glass.

Preceded in death by her husband and best friend, Dale; son, Daniel; brother, Paul Thome; and sister, Marie Maul. She is survived by daughter and son-in-law, Monica and Marty Cingle of Wadsworth; granddaughters, Emily and Lillian Cingle.

A special thanks to the nurses and staff at Village of Saint Edwards in Wadsworth who were so wonderful and helpful with my mom.

Mass of Christian Burial 11a.m. Saturday at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1905 Portage Tr. in Cuyahoga Falls, where friends may visit 10-11a.m. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers donations may be given to Women's Board of ARC or Christ Child Society.
