Marian Katheryn DiFeo,94, has entered the gates of heaven. Surrounded by her family, she was called by our Lord and Savior on December 15, 2023.
Marian was born in Cleveland and grew up in Akron, graduating from South High School. She married her high school sweetheart, Louis T. Becker, and they raised their 6 children in Cuyahoga Falls.
After Louis death in 1960, Marian met and fell in love with Victor DiFeo. They were married in 1968 and were happily married for 14 years until his passing in 1982.
Marian was a devout Catholic and instilled that faith and love to all her children and grandchildren. She was first and foremost a woman for others. She was a truly talented artist and painter. She enjoyed people and people enjoyed her. She will be missed by all.
Marian in preceded in death by her husbands, Louis Becker and Victor DiFeo; daughter, Mary Lou Madden-Sheets; and grandchild, Natalie.
She is survived by her sons, Rockne Becker, Hans (Sally) Becker, Eric (Lisa) Becker, Ed (Kathy) Becker, and daughter, Heidi Todaro, 16 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, as well as many nieces and nephews.
The family would like to thank all her caregivers and especially Crossroads Hospice for their compassion and care.
The family will receive friends from 10-11a.m., in the Church, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11a.m. on Friday, December 22 at St. Eugene Catholic Church located at 1821 Mu
nroe Falls Ave. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron.
