Margaret (McConnell) Bell

Margaret Bell was born in Glasgow, Scotland on January 20, 1922 and was a long-time resident at Akron and Bath. She passed away August 13, 2021.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald Bell; and her mother and father, Mary and John McConnell; and sister, Helen McConnell. She is survived by sisters-in-law, Evelyn and Gladys Bell; and nieces and nephews.

Margaret retired from the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company in 1986 with 35 years service as an executive assistant. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Keystone Sunday School Class; also a member of the Daughters of Scotia, Lady Annie Lauder Lodge.

Funeral services will be held 11a.m. Wednesday at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 39 S. Miller Rd, Fairlawn, OH 44333, where friends may call one hour prior to service time, Rev. Larry Knight officiating. Interment at Rose Hill Burial Park.
