Lorenz Strelbicki, 88, of Cuyahoga Falls passed away Sunday, May 2, 2021 at Summa Hospital from a short illness. He was born on June 26, 1932 in Romania.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Anna Marie; parents, Frederick and Rosalia Strelbicki; sister, Maria Franks; brother, Victor Strelbicki. Along with other extended family members.
Lorenz is survived by his “sweetheart” daughter, Rose; and son, Tim Kelly; brother, Paul (Jane) Strelbicki; sister-in-law, Helen Strelbicki, sister-in-law, Christina Kovach; and Aunt, Hilda Brucker; along with many nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Lorenz came to Akron in 1956 with his parents and worked at McNeil, City-Yellow Cab, and J.C. Penny’s. He joined St Bernard’s Catholic Church in 1956 and then joined Immaculate Heart of Mary in Cuyahoga Falls. He was a member of German Family Society of Brimfield, German-American Club and Sons of Herman. He loved music, dancing, history and attending Festivals.

Calling hours will be on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 from 4pm to 7pm at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Tr., Cuyahoga Falls, 44221.
Mass of Christian Burial will be on Thursday, May 13, 2021 at 11am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Catholic Church, 1905 Portage Tr. in Cuyahoga Falls.
Interment at Oakwood Cemetery.
In lieu of other remembrances, donations should be made to Immaculate Heart of Mary Church.
