In loving memory of Joyce Tasker Vaughan

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved mother and sister, Joyce Vaughan, who left us on September 27, 2023, after bravely facing complications from surgery. She was 68 years old.

Joyce was born in Akron, OH and raised in Cuyahoga Falls, graduating in 1972 from Cuyahoga Falls High School. Her journey was marked by kindness, love, and a wonderful sense of humor that inspired all fortunate enough to know her.

Joyce loved her family unconditionally and her absence will be deeply felt. Her loss leaves a void in our lives that can never be filled. Yet, as we mourn her passing, we also celebrate her and the love and joy she brought into our lives.

Joyce was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Gwendolyn Tasker. She is survived by her children: Stephanie (Dan) Fanizzi and Bobby Vaughan; Siblings: Jackie Tasker and Bill Tasker; Grandchildren: Kiersten Fanizzi, Joey Fanizzi, and Penelope Vaughan; and several cousins and friends.

Memorial Service 2:00pm Saturday, October 7, 2023, at Ciriello and Carr Funeral Home, 810 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, OH 44221.
