Jean (Schilero) Coleman

Jean Coleman passed away December 7, 2023 at the age of 91. She was a life long resident of Akron Ohio and retired from B.F. Goodrich after almost 40 years of service.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Angelo and Nancy Schilero; her brother, Alfred Schilero; and her sister, Mary Ann Robinson. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Preston) Ellington; her grandson, Jason Evans; her great-granddaughter, Mackenzie Neglic, and her nephew, John Robinson.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to Summa Health, the Village of St. Edward skilled nursing facility and Northeast Ohio Hospice for their care and compassion.
Mass of Christian Burial 12p.m. Friday, Jan. 5, 2024 at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church, 83 Mosser Pl. Akron, OH 44310, where friends may call 11-12. Interment at Holy Cross Cemetery.
