James Anthony Comeriato

James Anthony Comeriato, at the age of 28, passed away on Thursday July 27th, 2023. 

Also known as Bim, Bimmy, and even Bimbo to some. He was born to Beth Marie Schlosser and Eric Joseph Comeriato on September 14th, 1994 in Akron, OH. Bimmy had a dry sense of humor that would lighten up every room he was in. The type of humor that could make a stressful, chaotic room turn into a room full of laughter and love. His humor was the byproduct of his positivity. Through every single hardship, Bim was able to see the lesson first and the pain second. Bim was also extremely intelligent. Bim’s intelligence didn’t just go beyond his own years, but everyone else’s years. In many ways, he was decades and centuries ahead of everyone. Bimmy was capable of getting anyone knee deep into a conversation about his views on the world. Bim loved learning. He was always watching documentaries and reading non-fiction books. He had a passion for creating music and using his voice as a tool to spread his message. Bimmy loved long walks, connecting to nature, listening to the birds, movie nights with his mom, Steelers games with his cousin Adam, spending time with his friends, and cinnamon toast crunch in his ice cream. However, there is no one and nothing he loved more than his son, DeAngelo.

Bim will forever be remembered for his passionate nature, his wisdom, his inspiring attitude, and his thoughtfulness. While Bimmy is no longer with us, heaven is now blessed with a truly beautiful soul. We will miss Bim and all the joy he brought into our lives.

James will be preceded in his death by his grandparents, Nana and Peepa; his Aunt Mary; his cousins, Chris McShane Schlosser, Brian Patrick Kellerher, and many friends. He is survived by parents, Beth Schlosser, Eric (Bridget) Comeriato; son, DeAngelo; grandmother, Mimi; sisters, Caitlyn (Brandon), Megan, Maddy, and Delilah; nieces, Mia and Ava, nephew; Miles; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
