Jacob “Teter” Kerns, Jr.

Jacob “Teter” Kerns, Jr., 67, passed away unexpectedly on November 15, 2023.

Teter was born in Akron on March 12, 1956. A resident of Cuyahoga Falls, he retired from Nationwide Insurance, after a long career in the automotive industry.

Teter was preceded in death by his father, Jacob and brother David. He is survived by his wife, Linda; mother, Nancy; brother, Chris (Misty); children, Melissa (Shawn) and Jason (Jessica); and grandchildren, Nicholas, Logan, and Connor; niece, Kalei.

Friends and family may visit at Ciriello & Carr, 810 Portage Trail, Cuyahoga Falls, on Monday, November, 20th from 10-10:45am. Graveside services will be held immediately following at Holy Cross Cemetery in Akron, OH.
