Dr. Robert Fiocca

Dr. Robert Fiocca of Silver Lake Village passed away November 1, 2023, at the age of 95. Robert was born April 18, 1928, to Coriolano and Mary Fiocca (Silvestro) of North Hill in Akron, Ohio.
He attended North High School and graduated from The University of Akron in engineering.

After graduation he went on to study dentistry at Northwestern University in Chicago where he met his wife of 72 years Jacqueline. After marrying, they moved to Japan where Robert served in the Navy during the Korean War. Upon returning to Akron, he practiced dentistry in Cuyahoga Falls for over 50 years. After retiring Robert and Jackie moved to West Akron, where they remained busy with family and friends.

He will be missed by his wife Jacqueline; his brother, Eugene; his daughter, Dana; his sons, David (Jackie), Dr. John (Kim) and 6 grandchildren, Nicholas and Nathan Brulport, Alex, Alesia, Natalie, and Johnny Fiocca.

Calling hours will be 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm Thursday November 9, 2023, at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 39 South Miller Road, Fairlawn, Ohio 44333.

Funeral services will be 10:30 am Friday, November 10, 2023, at ST. ANTHONYS CHURCH, 83 MOSSER PLACE, AKRON, OH 44310.
Interment will follow at Chestnut Hill Cemetery.
