Deborah “Debi” Huscroft (nee Franchino) passed away peacefully at the age of 70 on February 15th, 2024. Daughter to Margaret and the late Anthony Franchino, she is survived by her mother Margaret, daughter Jennifer (Brian) Plona and son Nick (Amanda) Huscroft; brother Robert Franchino; uncle Stanley Franchino, nephew Joseph (Abbie) Franchino and grandchildren. She is a cherished Nonna to Nina, Antonio, Ada, Hank and Leo; and loving Aunt to Franny and Louie.
Debi was born in Honolulu, Hawaii where her father was serving in the United States Marine Corps. As a baby, her family moved to Cuyahoga Falls where she would grow up and later return to raise her family. Family was the center of her world where she enjoyed just simply visiting together and sharing stories. Debi had a passion for cooking and was famous for her pasta. In her recent years, she truly loved being surrounded by her grandchildren. She will be remembered for her sense of humor and her loving nature.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday February 22 at 11am at Immaculate Heart of Mary Church in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. Visitation will be from 10 am-11am before the service at the church. Entombment at Northlawn Memorial Gardens.
