January 17th, 1937- September 8th, 2022

Charlotte Ginley, age 85, passed away September 8th 2022 with her sons by here side.

Born in Erie, Pennsylvania Charlotte graduated from Thiel University. Her career started at Higbee’s Department Store where she met her husband John Ginley. They were married for 54 years and residents of Akron for 40+ years.

Charlotte was always a great mother to her three children as well as an avid gardener. She enjoyed taking her grandkids to Stan Hywet Hall as they grew up. Charlotte taught all of us how to be a perfectionist in everything we do.

Charlotte is survived by her son, John (Kim) Ginley; daughter, Lisa (Chris) Tuzzeo; son, Terry (Colleen) Ginley; grandchildren, John, Sydney, Julian, Collin, Maya and Kai.

Private services will be held.
