Brandon Motil

Brandon Motil, age 38, passed away unexpectedly January 5th, 2024.

Brandon was born on July 14th, 1985, in Akron, OH where he lived the majority of his life. He graduated from Garfield High School in 2003. Brandon enjoyed cooking for others, karaoke nights, computer programming, and watching movies. He liked animals and nature. Over the years, he worked as a cook at various restaurants and pubs. For the past couple years, he lived in Cleveland, OH. 

Brandon is remembered for his good sense of humor. He was kind to everyone. He laughed and smiled often. 

Brandon is survived by his mother, Linda (Tom Steurer) Motil; father, Ray (Diane) Motil; sister, Stephanie (Danny) Berzinskas;  step-sisters, Alicia (Miles) Boozer, and Jenny (Matt) Keyes; and 5 nieces and nephews. 

A Celebration of Life will be held on January 21st at 1pm in the East Pavilion of Dogwood Park at 241 7th Street NE in North Canton, OH. Feel free to bring any photos or memories of Brandon to share.
