Aurelio “Rolly” Capor Nabor, 85, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2024, after living a vibrant and fulfilling life. Rolly was born July 17, 1938, in Burauen, Leyte, the Philippines. In 1977, he moved to Ohio, where he was the owner of a tailoring business in Akron. He was a beloved member of St. Joseph’s Parish Church in Cuyahoga Falls and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
Rolly is remembered for his kindness, generosity, and sense of humor. His compassion and empathy towards others always preceded his own needs. He was also known for being a sharp dresser and a smooth dancer. He was highly respected by all, most notably by his great-grandchildren whom he adored.
He is preceded in death by his true love and wife Consolacion “Connie” in 2008. He is survived by loving daughter Marie Mariano, prior son-in-law Sinukuan (Nancy) Mariano, adoring grandchildren Ian Mariano, Cecille (Aaron) Sulman, Maria (Graham) Guthrie, Sandra (Joshua) Griffler, Jocelyn Mariano, Abigail (Matt) Markiewicz, Amanda (Alessandro) Mariano, and Happy (Steve) Sachs. He was much loved and cherished by his great-grandchildren Gabriel, Gwendolyn, Luke, Noah, Logan, Jonah, Eli, Sophie, and Violet, his niece Liza Mckellip, and by many more loved ones near and far.

Visitation on Tuesday, January 16th, from 9:00-10:30 AM at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home located at 801 Portage Trail Road, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44223 with mass to follow at 11:00 AM at St. Joseph’s Parish Church located at 1761 2nd Street, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio 44221.
