Laura Lee (Boyd) Infante
Laura Lee (Boyd) Infante, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday September 10, 2016 after a short illness. Laura passed away in her home with many loved ones by her side.
Laura was born in Akron, Ohio where she resided for 74 years. She was a devoted member of Ernest Angley's Grace Cathedral for 19+ years. Some of her favorite hobbies were making missionary bracelets, solving puzzles and shopping.
Laura was a hard worker for BJ's Wholesale Club for 17 years, Vacarro's Restaurant for 17 years, and the Akron Board of Education for 5 years.
Laura was a beautiful Christian woman who loved her family, friends but most of all her God. She loved to volunteer her time for the Lord and donate to missions. She is greatly loved by her family and friends and will be missed dearly.
Preceded in death by her husband, Gerald Infante; mother, Ruth Hose; father, Gordon J. Boyd Sr.; sister, Charlene Callahan, and brother, Gordon J. Boyd Jr. "Buddy".
Laura is survived by sisters, Carolyn (Ron) Durbin, Virginia Custer, Donna Ice, and Gloria Papp;
children, Darlene (Larry) Pratt, Cindy Runion, Gerald (Tammy) Infante, Rebecca Infante (Scott Thompson);20 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, and special friends.
Calling hours will be Thursday Sept. 15th from 4-8pm, at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home,39 S. Miller Rd, Fairlawn Oh 44333, where funeral services will be Friday Sept. 16 at 11am, Rev. Steve Millar officiating.
The interment service will be private.
