Regis D. McGinty

Regis D. McGinty, (78), passed away  suddenly on Sunday, March 4, 2018.

Regis was born on August 4, 1939 in Pittsburgh, PA, graduate of North Catholic High School, served in the United States Army, and retired as General Sales Manager after over 25 years  at Sugardale Foods.

Regis enjoyed golfing and being a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame Club in Canton, as well as attending all of his grandson’s sporting events.

Devoted husband of 58 years to Judith A. (Witzorreck); son, Regis W. (Karen);
daughter, Susan M. (James) Franskousky; grandchildren, Garrett, Matthew (deceased), Patrick, Tanner, and Michael. Brother of William E. (Sally), Maureen McGinnis (Keith), and John A. (Karen). Son of the late Delmar J. and Cecelia A. (Gubanic). Beloved uncle of many.

Calling hours Friday  9am-11am at Ciriello & Carr Funeral Home, 39 S. Miller Road, Fairlawn, Ohio, 44333,with  Mass of Christian Burial 11:30 am at St. Hilary Catholic Church, 2750 W Market St, Fairlawn, Ohio, 44333, luncheon to follow.

Jude my heart is braking for you. My prayers are with you, the kids and the grandkids.
I will miss this wonderful man, it was such an honor knowing him!

Judy and family you have our deepest sympathy. We knew from here in the Burg to Buffalo and Ohio and beyond!

Always felt Regis as a friend more than a business acquaintance. Your family as well, Suzy watching our kids and Regie Helping me build a fence you all were great family.
